Shipping cost

Always free worldwide shipping (or the specified price once the order is placed).

In case of return of an item due to an error not attributable to the company or due to non-delivery (for more details read the paragraph "Delivery failure"), the cost of shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

Timing and destination

We are committed to carrying out same-day order fulfillment.

The shipping and delivery times of the products entrusted to the courier vary according to the country of destination (once the destination has been chosen, the time will be specified).

The delivery terms specified, once the order has been placed, are merely indicative and are in no way binding. The management of shipments is entrusted to external couriers and therefore it is not possible for us to guarantee a certain delivery day, but only an indicative time frame.

However, we rely on specialized couriers with fast times and methods to give each destination the possibility to receive the product as soon as possible.

We always recommend checking where shipments take place before placing an order. As the company delivers only in the areas enabled and indicated in the order.

Each order can be tracked for greater transparency and security.

Major force

The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery caused by events and / or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as by way of example but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as intense snowfall), any strikes (by its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions or any other cause, similar or different, occurring outside the control of the Company and not attributable to it, even pre-existing, which prevents or aggravates the total or partial execution of the contract (as well as declared or actual war, civil unrest, epidemics, sieges, publications of decrees issued by public administration bodies, etc.).

However, if we have accepted and received the order, it means that we do everything possible, we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is successful and we believe in success.

Deliveries are subject to variations, such as delays, which cannot be determined during holidays, during sudden or scheduled carrier strike actions, due to errors in the management of the shipment by the courier or due to significant meteorological phenomena etc.

Delivery failure

The user acknowledges and accepts that in case of impossibility of delivery of the products due to his (or the person in charge) non-presence at the time of delivery on the agreed day or for any address errors not attributable to us, the purchased products will come back to the sender, they will not be canceled from the order and the relative amount will not be re-credited to the user.

The delivery will in any case be made twice and with notification before the return of the product to the company.

The costs of storage and redelivery / return of goods due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated, due to absence at the second passage, due to the expiry of the terms without having sent redelivery or collection instructions in the warehouse (in compliance with the times provided by each carrier ) or for any address errors not attributable to us will be borne by the buyer and must be paid using the methods specified or used for the purchase.

Receipt of shipment and contacts

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer, or the person appointed by the latter, will be required to verify that l'packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and / or products must be immediately reported, by affixing, on the delivery document of the carrier, reserve of control written and specifying the reason for the reservation (by way of example "Packing with holes", "Packing tampered with").

Before shipping, the company undertakes to execute the order in good faith and to fulfill all the necessary checks to offer the products in their perfect condition.

In any case, for any irregularity or other need contact us at resi@casaesperia.it specifying the anomaly and documenting it with photographic material.

We will always answer you, if you do not receive a reply, we kindly ask you to check if the email has been sent correctly.

When opening the package, the customer is always required to check that the product received corresponds to the one ordered before using it.

The return of a product open is not accepted.
